Expectations vs Reality

As a sister, daughter, niece, and girlfriend you are expected of a lot versus the reality of not being there.

When it comes to expectation versus reality so many questions come afloat. Why this why that? So much pressure it is to keep up this persona of what's expected of you but the reality of it is your dying inside. Trying to hold everything to together is hard. The expectation of smiling through the pain is hard and the reality is your screaming inside. Why is expectation versus reality instead of knowing the meaning behind the expectation that's expected of it.

Why not just say what should happen and asses from there. Allowing the reality to be shown as an alternate to believe that a person can do what their asked of. It'll be easier to face the truth that we can't do it all (not alone at at least).

Expectation

A noun meaning a belief that someone should or will achieve something. We bass or life around expectations, how our life will ,would, or should be. We expect to have money, good credit. house, and a job. Sometimes we push and push ourselves because that's what is expected of us. When do we decide that expectations are overrated and we can do us?

Reality

A noun meaning the world or state of things as they actually exist. The reality is living in your truth knowing you're at peace and you can't doing everything everyone expects of you. The reality being that you are a good person even if you haven't reached your goals.
