Trust me it wasn't easy either, sometimes it was just a simple conversations or other times engaging in my hobbies. "Positive thinking, or an optimistic attitude, is the practice of focusing on the good in any given situation." (WebMD) Meaning you look for a bright side to your good and bad things to get better. Positive thinking have a big impact on your life primarily speaking physical and mental health. With positive thinking comes benefits on the physical aspect that could be a longer span, less stress, and lower blood pressure (just to name a few). On the mental aspect better moods, lower chance of depression, and clearer thinking.
