Thank You

It’s so nice on this cool Spring night

The calm cool breeze caressing my neck

Setting in a new place that feels like home

Not strange but familiar feeling

Settle warmth and positive healing

What I’ve been praying for hoping for

A new path to a better future

One can only hope the opportunities

And challenges that’s to come

Dreams that’s been brewing

The moves that are in place

A new wave and then some

Oh and those plans that I have stewing

I can’t wait but I can

The big man upstairs says

Good things come to those who wait…

Healing and finally living

Living the life I’ve meant to have

It’s not much but I’m grateful for all that I have

I can’t thank god enough for all he’s done

The patience he and my husband has

I will never understand

Yes I know I know it’s not meant for me to know

I’ve learned to wait think listen

Communicate

Chill air and breeze of secrets

Dancing and twirling thru my hair

My thoughts and dream will Roam in peace

What will tomorrow cease
